Disneyland Paris revealed the new outfit for Minnie Mouse, a polka dot pantsuit as opposed to her symbolic dress for the park’s 30th anniversary. It has received mixed reviews on the internet.
According to Disneyland Paris, the outfit is designed by Stella McCartney in the honor of Women’s History Month.
“What I love about Minnie is the fact that she embodies happiness, self-expression, authenticity, and she inspires people of all ages around the world,” says McCartney.

There is no doubt that Minnie’s new polka dot pantsuit is stylish, however, not everyone is happy with it especially the activists like Candace Owens. Fox News invited Candace Ovens to the show and Jesse Watters asked about her opinion on the new dress.
Owens said that Disney is ‘making her [Minnie] more masculine’, and she totally disapproved of the change.
“This is why people don’t take these people seriously. They’re taking all of these things that nobody was offended by. It’s like they have to get rid of them and destroy them because they’re bored…They’re trying to destroy fabrics of our society, pretending that there’s issues…Don’t look at inflation, Jesse. Look at Minnie Mouse! The world is going forward because you’ve got her in a pantsuit.”

Minnie’s new outfit sparked a lot of debate on Twitter and ‘Minnie Mouse’ was trending online within hours of the news.
Some people are of the view that Minnie Mouse has changed a lot of clothes in the past and this is not any different. However, people compared this change to M&Ms mascot makeover last week where female candies, Brown and Green changed their shows from heels to flats and sneakers.
One user on Twitter posted that she is “absolutely killing in the Pantsuit.”
Media, promotional types….all pushing for the mono-sex look. Check out commercials. My younger children know the technical term. But it is when you look at a human and say, "Is that a boy or a girl?" You know, chopped hair, flat clothing with no hint of gender, etc.

Another user commented on the post saying the media is promoting the ‘mono-sex look.’
Twitter has also criticized Candace Owens’s statement and supported the latest outfit of Minnie Mouse.
Most people online have loved and supported Minni’e new dress, however, a few oppose the change. Let us know in the comments what you think about Minni Mouse’s new polka dot pantsuit.
I’m confused. So according to Candace Owens, who raises hell every time @iamcardib drops a music video, real women are too sexy these days but cartoon Minnie Mouse isn’t sexy enough anymore? And this is destroying the fabric of our society? Seriously? https://t.co/99fsbagM93
